The terms that govern bookings, memberships and services at SOMA.
These Terms apply to all bookings, payments, memberships, and services provided by SOMA Pilates GmbH (“Studio”).
By booking or purchasing, the Client agrees to these Terms.
Bookings and memberships are processed via B-Sports.
A contract is concluded upon confirmation.
Participation is only permitted from the age of 18.
All prices follow the current price list.
Payments must be made in advance.
Membership payments are charged automatically.
4.1 Non-transferability
Memberships and credits are personal and non-transferable.
4.2 Monthly Credits
Credits must be used within the same month.
Unused credits expire and cannot be transferred or refunded.
4.3 Membership Term and Cancellation
Minimum term: 3 months.
Cancellation: 1 month before end of minimum term via B-Sports.
4.4 Pausing
Pauses are only possible for valid reasons and subject to approval.
4.5 Class Pass Validity
Single class: valid 1 month.
5-class pass: valid 2 months.
10-class pass: valid 4 months.
Expired credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
5.1 Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class.
Late cancellation results in loss of credit.
5.2 No-Show
Credits are forfeited if not attended.
5.3 Studio Cancellation
If the Studio cancels, credits are refunded or rebooked.
Late entry is not permitted.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
Memberships are non-refundable.
Credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
Participation is at own risk.
Clients confirm they are fit to participate.
Pregnancy: only with medical approval.
Liability is limited to gross negligence or intent.
Offered as private services only and billed directly.
Grip socks are mandatory.
Staff instructions must be followed.
A €5 reminder fee may be charged.
Access may be suspended in case of non-payment.
Prices may be adjusted with 4 weeks notice.

German law applies.
Jurisdiction: Mannheim (where legally permitted).
If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
